Active 55+ program presents Seniors Active Living Fair

The Active 55+ Program will host a free Seniors Active Living Fair
Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The event is designed to address the unique needs of seniors or those who assist seniors and provide information and resources to support their well-being.
A range of activities, seminars and demonstrations will take place. Participants can explore services, meet local agencies that support seniors in the community and gain tips for maintaining health and wellness. A free light lunch will be provided.

Time: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Seniors, families, and caregivers are welcome. The Seniors Active Living Fair is a collaborative effort between Active 55+ and the Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario, made possible through funding provided by the Government of Ontario.
